Ingredients:-
Mushrooms-250gm
Oil-1tblspn
Mustard seeds-1/4tspn
Curry leaves-a sprig
Onion chopped-1
Whole Chillies chopped-3(green or red.)
Ginger-garlic paste-1tspn
Coconut-2tblespn
Turmeric-1/4tspn
Salt to taste.
Direction:-
- Heat oil in a pan.(medium flame)
- Splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the onions,red chilly/green chilly crushed and saute them well till onions become translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and cook them at higher flame for 1min and reduce the flame. Using a spatula stir it continuously for 1min. Next..
- Add in the chopped mushrooms, turmeric, and salt.
- Add coconut.
- Cook for 10 min with the lid on.
- Done. Serve hot with rice.
