Requisites:-
Lima beans-2 cups
Onion chopped-1
Red chilly crushed-3
Turmeric-1/4tspn
Coconut grated-1/2cup
Salt to taste
Oil-1 tblspn
Mustard seeds-1/4 tspn
Curry leaves a sprig
Directions:-
- Heat oil to splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add onion and saute till translucent.
- Then add the lima beans, crushed red chilly, turmeric, salt and coconut and cook with the lid on for 7min.
- Done.
