Strawberry and health benefits are briefly mentioned here .
Ingredients:-
Strawberry-5( or any other fruit)
Milk- 3/4 cup
Sugar-1/4 cup
Egg- 2
Vanilla- 1 tspn
Lemon-half
Directions:-
- Boil the milk with sugar and let it
cool till it becomes warm. - Meanwhile beat the egg well using a
whisk and keep aside - Make the strawberry juice using a blender and add lemon juice to it.
- Now place the warm milk over the stove
at medium flame and you can see small bubbles peeking on the edges.
Simmer the flame. Drip beaten egg slowly into the warm milk stirring
simultaneously. - Keep stirring for 20- 25 min. U can see
the milk turning thick like a custard. Please note, not to step off the
stove until it thickens. Lest the egg curdles up. Also the flame should
be lowest. - Now take the custard off the stove .
- Add vanilla essence.
- Add the juice.
- Done.
