Brewed Banana Smoothie

Health benefits of banana:

Bananas are extremely high in potassium (about 4673mg), yet very low in sodium (1mg), thus having a perfect ratio for preventing high blood pressure.

Ingredients:- 


Banana-2( robust) 
Cold milk-1 Cup/Soymilk
Instant coffee powder- 1 tspn
Honey/sugar-1tspn


Optional:-


Vanilla essence- 1 tspn
Chocolate(semi sweetened) chips- 2 tspn


Direction:-



  • Blend together all the ingredients(except optional ingriedients) in a mixer.

Optional:
  • Melt the chocolate chips with some milk ( and marshmallows, who desires for it)over a medium flamed stove top or a microwave.
  • Add it to the juice with vanilla and give a swirl.
Sip it with my cinnamon toast or banana french toast.
