Ingredients:-(Serves-2; Cooking time- 20 min)
Onion sliced-2
Ghee/Fresh Coconut Oil-1tblspn
Tomato sliced-1 small
Red chilli powder-1tspn( or more as desired spiciness)
Turmeric powder-1/4 tspn
Salt to taste.
Directions:-
- Heat ghee/coconut oil in a pan.
- Saute the onions till transparent.(10 min).
- Add tomatoes and cook them (4 min).
- Add spices and salt. Stir for 2 min to cook the pwdrs.
- Grind them using an electric blender to form a smooth paste.
- Serve with dosa /idly.
