  • Yogurt is always good for healthy digestive tracts and induces good immune system.  They contain pro-biotic bacteria which is simply good bacteria for healthy digestion and solves gastro-intestinal problems .
  • Yogurt nutrition is very good, as it is a good source of protein, calcium, riboflavin and vitamins B6 and B12. 
  • Yogurt reduces the body temperature and good for hot flashes.
  • Yogurt is consumed by those have ulcers and is good for high cholesterol patients.
  •  For kids with high diarrhea yogurt helps in replenishing good bacteria in stomach curing it.
  • Yogurt is also used for treating and preventing vaginal yeast and bacteria infections, and preventing urinary tract infections. 
Yogurt is cold and is not good when there is excess mucus secretion especially during cold. Limit its consumption for those who have Arthritis.
